Conference Services

Business & Shipping Center

The business center will be available during the conference for all your photocopying, faxing, shipping, and other business service needs. The center is conveniently located in Lobby F of the Morial Convention Center, across from Registration. Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Cyber Café & Internet Hot Spots

Cyber Cafés with internet access will be located on the exhibit hall floor so you can keep in touch your home or office. Free wi-fi will also be available in the food court, atrium, and in marked areas surrounding the escalators.

Food Service

The Morial Convention Center features the Atrium restaurant/lounge and the Lagniappe Food Court in the lobbies near the Workforce Innovations exhibit hall. For information on locations and reservations for restaurants in the area, stop by the New Orleans Information booth located across from registration.

The following meals are included in your Workforce Innovations registration: Opening Reception on Tuesday evening; Grand Reception on Wednesday evening; continental breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday.

Luggage Storage

Luggage storage will be available on Thursday, July 17 in the Morial Convention Center. Check the program book for the room number.

Information Booths

Visit one of our three information booths across from registration to for all your conference needs:

Conference Information Booth: Sign up for educational tours, community service opportunities, request accessibility services, or receive answers to your conference questions.

New Orleans Booth: Find out all you need to know about New Orleans from local restaurants to entertainment and more.

Housing Booth: The Workforce Innovations Housing Staff will be available to assist in meeting all your housing needs.

Shuttle Service
