The YouthWorks! conference within a conference will showcase the strategies of national, state and local youth development programs in addressing youth employment issues. We will explore ways in which partners can collaborate and innovate to serve youth most in need and prepare this next generation of workers to be competitive in a 21st century economy.

- Representation in the Success Decoded Exhibit Hall's Talent Plaza which will feature dynamic and innovative programs from across the country.
- An optional educational tour to Café Reconcile where attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy New Orleans cuisine while celebrating the success of the local youth being trained at the Cafe for careers in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
