Conference Cancellation/Substitution Policy:
Substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations will be subject to a $50 processing fee
through June 15, 2007. There will be NO refunds after June 15, 2007. All cancellations
and substitutions MUST be sent in writing via e-mail, fax, or U.S.
